David Graham, MD, FASCO obtained his medical degree at Mayo Medical School in 1987. He trained in Internal Medicine, Hematology, and Oncology at the Mayo Graduate School of Medicine. He was a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Illinois at Urbana/Champaign School of Medicine from 1993-2013. He is now a Medical Director at Levine Cancer Institute in Charlotte, NC. His clinical interests focus in genitourinary cancers as well as the impact that social media and other technologies can have on patient care. He is an Associate Editor for the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) eLearning and serves on the Social Media Working Group for ASCO.
Heather M. Hylton, PA, FASCO
Heather Hylton is a national thought leader on best practices for the integration of advanced practice providers into clinical practices and care delivery models. She has published peer-reviewed publications extensively and presented to a variety of professional audiences. She was the prior director of PA services in the Department of Medicine at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and then as the Director of Advanced Practice Providers(APP) in the APP division.
